This is a formal dress purchased from Birthday. I wore it about 5 times for kindergarten ceremonies and recitals. The inner shirt has some pilling, but I think the black dress is clean. The name is written on the tag that is not the washing instructions tag, so I will cut off this tag before sending it. Please understand that this is a used item and there may be oversights as I am a private seller.
