GQ Japan, March 1995 issue, Feature: Futaro Yamada's Bizarre Sci-Fi World. I believe I purchased this at a used bookstore about 20 years ago. There's a fold on the cover, and folds continue for 2-3 pages, but there are no folds on most of the pages. There are no tears, and it's generally in good condition, but I found a stain on the bottom of one page while flipping through it (image 9). Thank you for looking.
