I made replacement rubber gaskets for the Pigeon "Sun Baby N" hot water bottle by cutting them myself (the product is already discontinued by the manufacturer). The Sun Baby N hot water bottle was very good at keeping things warm, and it had a cover, so it felt gentle on the skin, but unfortunately, it was discontinued (in 2015). Since there were no rubber gaskets, I cut and made the rubber gaskets myself. Image 4 (the right one is the genuine rubber, the left one is this product) is a comparison image. Image 2 is an installation image. It fits when attached to the lid. I use it myself, and there are no leaks, and it's good. The thickness is 3mm, a little thicker (the genuine product is about 2mm). Please refer to the image for the elasticity. The heat resistance is 100°C (manufacturer's indication in image 5). Please note that it is not a perfect circle because it is cut by hand. If you are having trouble with water leaks due to the old gasket hardening, or if you can't live without your Sun Baby N hot water bottle, how about a replacement or spare?
