This is an EMPORIO ARMANI jacket. I believe I bought it about 5 years ago, and it cost around 200,000 yen at the time. The sleeves and back are thin knit, and the front is likely wool. It has a mottled pattern, making it very elegant and eye-catching, a truly lovely jacket. Size 44 is a bit tight for someone who is 171cm tall and weighs 70kg... It's in almost-new, beautiful condition, and it's a shame not to use it. I really love it, and I've been hoping to lose weight someday... but it doesn't seem likely to happen, so I'm offering it for sale to someone who can wear it. I may reconsider and withdraw the listing.
