This is a vase by Sanshin Otani (also written as Shinzō Otani) of Kurashiki Glass. I am selling a part of my collection to organize it. I believe the charm of Mr. Sanshin Otani's work lies in the strength that can be felt even within the gentle roundness. As it is a handmade folk craft item, each one has a different size, and the air bubbles and inclusions like carbon that occur during the manufacturing process are also charming. Although there are no major scratches that occurred after purchase as it is an unused item, there are some areas where dust can be seen due to long-term storage, so it is listed as "Like New".
