There are no tears, and I believe the fabric is sturdy, but please be aware that there may be minor, barely noticeable stains. Please check the photos and purchase accordingly. Purchased at an outlet, so there is no logo. It's similar to regular fabric, but feels slightly thinner. One part has been cut off, and other parts have been processed.
