This is a stylish accessory that hangs around the neck like nunchucks, with handcuffs as the clasp. However, there is also a clasp on the back of the neck. The skull has the engravings "R" on the right hand and "L" on the left hand. The elbow and finger joints are fixed. The sculpting is superb, and it has enough presence to stand alone even without the handcuffs. The handcuffs may be a separate product, but I purchased them as a set, so I am selling them as a set.
