This dress can be worn for anniversaries and formal occasions. I only wore it a few times a year for celebrations like Christmas and birthdays. It's clean because I haven't worn it for everyday use. There are no stains or tears in the tulle. I am a non-smoker and have no pets. The tag says 110cm, 4-5 years old, but it runs small. I wore it when my child was around 90cm tall.
