This is a dress from Dazzlin. I purchased it here new and unused, and have only worn it once, so it's in beautiful condition. It has been dry cleaned. It's sleeveless, but it has a large collar that covers the upper arms. You can wear it until autumn if you put on a cardigan or something similar.
