This is a collaboration item between Candystripper and Tamagotchi. The design looks like a short-sleeved shirt layered over a long-sleeved one. The waffle-knit fabric is soft and comfortable to wear. Pepe & Kuchipatchi LAYERED TOPS It was 18,700 yen. I only tried it on and wore it once, so it's still in excellent condition.
