These are Japanese-made baker pants created by ARCH. I purchased them a few years ago at the Nihonbashi store in Tokyo and have worn them about 10 times, but I am selling them because they no longer fit. There is some slight wear and tear, but there are no problems with wearing them. Also, I think they are in good condition with no crotch wear or fraying at the hem. When you first start wearing them, the fabric is stiff, and you might feel a little uncomfortable, but they are a pair that can be worn from a softened state with a nice texture.
