Brand new, unused. In terms of leather density, texture, thickness, weight, and aroma... personally, I think it far surpasses Wildswans and Last Crops. (This is my personal opinion, having owned products from both brands.) Both the interior and exterior are luxuriously made with shell cordovan #8, and feature Horween stamps in two places. Also, it's thick and makes a "squeak! squeak!" sound when you grip it (I tested this while wearing white gloves. This is a personal impression, so please understand that it's non-refundable and non-returnable). The wonderful smell of shell cordovan remains, as it's brand new. The blue-green tarnish can be easily removed with a cloth or cotton swab. It's not a defect. Due to its popularity and scarcity, please refrain from significant price reductions.
