I selected size 60, but the label says it's for 12-24 months. It's a gorgeous skirt with plenty of gathers. You can also pair it with a cute blouse to make it a jumper skirt. Regarding used items, I try my best to clearly describe their condition and upload photos, but please forgive any oversights. Even with new items, fading or stains may occur due to aging or storage conditions. Also, in either case, it may be difficult to accurately represent the item in images due to lighting.
