This is an 82mm H&Y EVO Rich Tone Natural CPL magnetic filter. This is a C-PL filter with the effect of 1/16 white mist conversion. Purchased on Amazon around July of Reiwa 6 (2024). The edge of the filter has cracked, so I am selling it because I am replacing it. When used with an RF15-35mm lens at around 18mm, the cracked area appears white at the corners of the field of view. Originally, when using it with the magnetic mount, there was vignetting at the corners of the lens in wide-angle ranges, so I didn't use it at those focal lengths, but it bothers me! If you use it from 24mm onwards or use it with a screw-on mount, I don't think it will have much of an impact. While the CPL filter effect removes and enhances reflections, the White Promist filter adds a subtle soft effect. For portraits, it adjusts glare on hair and skin, and reflections on foreground/background scenery, plants, floors, and walls. For landscapes, it slightly suppresses overall contrast while adjusting reflections and color contrast on rock surfaces, trees, and water surfaces.
