It looks like a dress when you wear it, but it's pants! I wore it alone in the summer, but I think it would also be cute in the winter with a beige or black turtleneck. The waist belt is cute with or without it. I wore it only once indoors. As shown in image 5, there is a small stain of about 1mm, so it's not very noticeable since it's on the hem, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about it.
