These are corduroy pants for boys from Combi Mini. The size is 90, but the cuffs can be folded up, and the waist has adjustable buttons, so I think they can be worn from size 80. The cuffs have a check pattern when folded up. The waist is elastic, and the buttons are decorative, so they are easy to put on and take off for potty training and changing clothes.
