It includes a sparkly can badge from an Ichigo Shinbun magazine supplement, a keychain, and an acrylic keychain from the Galaxy Caravan Car event. The can badge is about 7cm in diameter, and both keychains are about 5cm tall. As you can see in the third photo, the can badge has a small dent from the safety pin.
