This is an unused item from a set of two purchased at the same time. The other one is currently in use. I don't know much about the technical aspects, but there are no issues with the items purchased together. There is no bail arm drop on this early production model. Although it is new and unused, there are marks from removing the wrapping paper on the outside. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to items that have been handled by another person. I think this is a good deal for those considering purchasing a new one for their intended use.
