[8] Shape: Square-carved Ken ◉ This is a medium-large inkstone weighing over 1.5kg, with a design based on straight lines for the rim, and rounded corners for an elegant finish. The stone pattern is mottled like the sea, with terraced stripes on the tongue, and a beautiful wave-like stone pattern, characteristic of Amehata stone, running diagonally from the left to the upper right of the hill. Furthermore, the inside of the inkstone has been carefully hollowed out, leaving 18mm from the edge and hollowing the inside by about 3mm. When you trace the inside with your finger, it is finished with a sharp edge, revealing the skill of the inkstone maker.
