This is a reproduction of the souvenir jacket made by Toyo Enterprises' original name, Kosho Company (1940s-1950s), exactly as it was then, and of course, it is a special edition that faithfully reproduces everything from the materials (the ZIP is also restored) to the manufacturing process. However, handling requires attention as described below. ■Material: The special edition is made to the same specifications as the original, so the fabric is very loosely woven and delicate. The dyeing is also done with the same pigment dyes as the time, not the current mainstream reactive dyes, and the color is not evenly dyed, resulting in color unevenness, color fading, and discoloration due to sunburning. Regarding the wool ribs, they are knitted by hand one by one using an old-fashioned horizontal knitting machine to the same specifications as the time. These ribs are prone to shrinking and stretching, and they are wool ribs that have not been mothproofed, so care must be taken when handling them. ■Fastener: The fastening machine from over 50 years ago has been refurbished and reactivated for this jacket, and the same hand-bent zipper as the time has been reproduced.
