This is an old postage stamp issued in 1946, the 21st year of the Showa era. It is the first commemorative stamp issued after the war. It has been 79 years since its issue. The stamp face appears to be clean, but the gum side shows yellowing. However, there are almost no stains or dirt, and I believe it is in beautiful condition.
