These boots weren't worn much, only used a few times for short periods. There's some wear and tear on the scuff areas and the boa lining, but they are still perfectly usable. I don't remember exactly, but I believe they were waterproof boots. They are relatively slim and fit close to the actual size. They are not easy to slip off, so they should be fine for children around 17.5-18cm. The construction seems sturdy and unlikely to wear out easily.
