Made in Germany, these are Paul's safety scissors. I bought them when my child was small, but they've outgrown them, so I'm selling them. They cut paper well, but won't cut fingers, so they're safe. They're small and easy to hold, making them perfect as a child's first pair of scissors. They haven't been used much, so they're in good condition and still cut well.
