I purchased this here last year for 3800 yen, wearing it twice and having it dry cleaned. My daughter wore it for only 30 minutes last November for her Shichi-Go-San (Seven-Five-Three Festival) visit. There are no noticeable stains or marks. There are two types of ribbons, polka dot and white. Please check the photos. The skirt has two tiers of ruffles and is very cute. The waist of the skirt doesn't seem to have much stretch.
