I bought this a few years ago and wore it two or three times. It looks black in the photos, but it's navy blue. This item is not meant to be worn just as a skirt, but rather layered over pants like skinny jeans. I haven't worn it much, but it's been stored for a long time, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
