The paper looks old. I think it's probably the work of a calligrapher from China or Japan. It seems to be old calligraphy, perhaps displayed during tea ceremonies. The back has many stains on the part where the calligraphy is written, but I think the condition is quite good. (Please check the photos.) Thank you.
