This is a quilted jacket with water-repellent treatment. The color is a bit difficult to tell in the photos, but it's a blue that's close to emerald green. I think the second photo is the closest. My child only wore outerwear they liked, so this one is unused and they've outgrown it. I welcome combined sales with other items I have listed, so feel free to comment＾＾
