I purchased this item used, cleaned the inside of the tubing with a neutral detergent, and addressed any sticking issues, bringing it to a playable condition. The pistons move smoothly, and the 3rd slide can be operated during performance, though it doesn't fall out due to gravity when the 3rd piston is depressed. There are no major dents, but there are some rust spots and scratches. Please review the photos.
