I bought this in the spring, but I haven't had a chance to wear it, so I'm selling it. Waist can be adjusted with the string. Maximum waist size: 104 cm. I think it can also be worn as maternity wear. When you cinch the waist, it becomes a flared skirt and is cute. (^^)
