This item was received from a young lady I was involved with over a decade ago. At the time, I played the horn, and I received this in relation to that. However, I never ended up using it myself. The young lady herself played the piano, and I don't know if she actually used this mouthpiece. However, judging by its condition, I suspect it was used. I've kept it stored in its box, but the box has cracked during repeated moves. I have never taken care of it. Because of this, there is overall dullness. There are also fine scratches throughout.
