This is a white blouse from TITTY&CO with a ribbon and frilled sleeves. I wore it for about an hour during an entrance ceremony. There are no noticeable stains or scratches, and it's in beautiful condition. The blouse fabric is sturdy, so the ribbon creates a nice, full volume when tied.
