This is an old Nagoya obi. I don't know what is written on it. "Chourakumiou" (Long enjoyment, not yet old) and "Ennenekiju" (Prolonged life and increased longevity) seem to be auspicious phrases. Something is also written inside the triangle closure. Although it may be stiff for a kimono, the fabric is very soft as an obi. (It has an obi core) The thin stains on the front of the obi and the fraying of the edges are noticeable damage. Otherwise, there appear to be no other noticeable scratches or stains.
