This is a horseshoe from the hind leg of Mejiro Musashi, a racehorse who was successful in Japanese central horse racing. It's old, so it doesn't appear in "Uma Musume" or similar media, but Mejiro Musashi was a winner of the Tenno Sho (Emperor's Cup).
