I have only tried it on, and have not washed it after the alteration. The Arcuate stitch is yellow, so the chain stitch on the hem is also yellow. The chain stitch cost 2000 yen. It's a shame it's not a Big E, but it's a straight denim with a good balance of shape. Made in Japan with vintage specifications. I think it's very soft and easy to wear. The tag says W29, but the actual size is definitely W79 cm.
