This is a teacup from a car dealership, not a sushi restaurant. Judging from the condition of the box and the use of ateji (phonetic characters) that feels out of place in the Reiwa era, I think it's quite old (probably from the Showa era). It might even be considered a historical artifact now. It was a promotional item, so the craftsmanship as a ceramic is a bit rough, but it's not damaged or dirty, and it's unused.
