Ethnic-style clothing sometimes has short inseam designs, but I think this design and color scheme in monotone is extremely rare! It's an old item, but I think you can still wear it. The waist is elastic, so there may be some deterioration over time. As of the current condition before listing, the elastic is stretching without any problems. The white parts don't appear to be particularly dirty even when you look closely, but they do look dull. The following are flat measurements, so please use them as a guide.
