They look like chinos at first glance, but they have pockets on both thighs, giving them the cargo pants shape. They close with Velcro. They are very comfortable to wear, and the waist has belt loops, but also has elastic and a drawstring, so they can be worn as is. The size is M, but the waist fits perfectly for people with a W34 to 38. People with smaller sizes can also wear them, but they will be oversized. I purchased them at a directly managed store about 10 years ago, and the condition is good. I liked them, but I am selling them to organize my belongings.
