New with tags. I opened the bag and spread it out, but I haven't tried it on. The sleeves have elastic, so they're easy to roll up. Upon closer inspection, the base of the string? is a pale orange color instead of white. I haven't tried it on, so I think it was like this from the time of purchase, not from foundation, but I don't know if it will come out in the wash.
