According to my research, the opening 5 of this mouthpiece is almost equivalent to Selmer's S80 C☆ or S90 180. I purchased this from a musical instrument workshop in Shizuoka Prefecture online, with the description of "JAZZ model," but the tone was different from what I expected. I tried it out when I bought it and have kept it stored since then, so it's almost in new condition with no scratches or dirt.
