This is a paper retainer that came with a ring file made by LIHIT LAB. I'm selling it because I don't use it. This time, there are 21 in total, including the ones from last time. Of those, the two that are painted red (images 2 and 3) are bent. There are 16 in the image, but there are definitely 21 in total.
