This is a new, unused hair tie. The rubber is thick and black. It has 5 loops, and each loop has one faux pearl and two clear beads. The spacing of the loops can be easily adjusted by hand. I think it would also be cute and elegant to wear as a bracelet. It will be wrapped in bubble wrap, waterproofed, and shipped via standard mail. Thank you for your consideration.
