This is a collaboration cap between Taro Okamoto and New Era. The cap features a large embroidered design of Taro Okamoto's "Tenku ni Ware Ari" (I am in the Sky) across the entire cap. This design was very popular when it was released. It has been used only a few times and is in good condition with no noticeable stains.
