I bought this about three years ago and wore it a few times. I don't see any stains or fraying. It's the type that originally didn't have buttons in the front, so it doesn't close. Perfect as a light jacket for the spring! The sleeves have elastic at the cuffs, making them snug. Shoulder width: 37cm Width: 42cm Sleeve length: 27cm Length: 96cm Please allow for some variation.
