This item is a plate carrier made by Velocity Systems, a manufacturer used by military and law enforcement agencies around the world. Currently, this model is difficult to obtain and can only be found here. This model is equipped with Swift-Clips, allowing you to easily change pouches using various placards. The size is S, but it feels similar to a JPC's M size. This time, we will also include MRC's made-in-Japan real weight dummy SAPI armor with this plate carrier.
