Used for one year at nursery school. This is for the futon (comforter) only!! There are no noticeable stains on the futon itself. There are needle marks on the lower left of the futon cover where a name tag was sewn on. The cover was washed once a week. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details.
