This is a shimmering heko obi (a type of sash) made of organza-like material, purchased from Kimono Yamato. I loved it, but I haven't had many opportunities to wear it, so I'm offering it to someone who will. It has a beautiful cherry blossom pattern in pink and light blue. I think it's perfect for this time of year. I believe there are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there is a possibility of oversight.
