This is a pocket watch with "U.S.S. CONSTITUTION" inscribed on it. It's a wind-up watch, and when wound, the second hand still ticks, allowing you to set the time and use it. I bought it from a recycling shop to teach my child about clocks, but it has been stored in a drawer for many years without being used.
