This ceiling-mounted clothes drying rack was installed when the house was newly built 10 years ago. However, after moving 4 years ago, the height became unsuitable, so I purchased a different length and have kept it in storage since then. It's well-made and I believe it can still be used, but please understand that it is a used item before purchasing. Please note that this is the clothes drying pole only, and the base is not included. It can be extended from 50cm to 80cm. I don't know the manufacturer, but the design seems to be similar to those currently sold.
