This is a cookbook of foreign cuisine suitable for everyday cooking, compiled by the Kurashi no Techo editorial department. It's a beautifully designed book with a lovely layout. I purchased it at a used bookstore, but as I'm not a very good cook, it's become a burden to me, so I'm putting it up for sale. I have never used it for cooking, and I have kept it carefully stored on a bookshelf in a dark place, but as it is an old book, there are some stains and dirt. Please consider this before purchasing.
