This is a simple navy flare skirt I purchased from Uniqlo before. It has a design with pleats in the front and back around the waist. The flare isn't too wide, and the navy color makes it a very versatile skirt. The length is just long enough to cover my knees, and I'm about 155cm tall. The back of the waist is elastic.
